HƯƠNG SEN CARE GROUP
As Bhikkhunis, the Buddha’s disciples, volunteer to sacrifice their health and time to help beings. To serve our community with compassion, especially in the pandemic Covid-19, the nuns and Buddhist temple volunteers at Hương Sen Temple are available to provide caring services that help alleviate the suffering of people in need:
- Visit, talk and pray for the sick at the temple, home or hospital (24/7).
- Visit, guide meditation, share the Dharma, offer books and correspond with prisoners.
- Offering friendly personal Dharma talks and comfort, as well as access to other supportive capacities to balance the patient’s mind.
- Pray and perform services at funeral homes, cemetery and cremation for the deceased.
These services are offered without charge. Hương Sen Temple is supported entirely by your donations and depends on the generosity of people who value our services. Your contribution will provide for the day-to-day running and future development of the Triple Gem and the Temple. All donations are tax-deductible.
